Order Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@goneessentials.com and include your full name and order number.

We will do our best to cancel your order before it enters processing or is dispatched. However, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.

If your order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, we aim to issue any refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.

If your order has already been dispatched, you may still be able to return it under our 30-Day Return Policy, subject to the eligibility requirements described in our Refund Policy.

GoneEssentials provides free return shipping for eligible returns once the return has been approved and the return method has been provided by us.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
